Quality Check and Notifications
Before your order leaves our facility, we conduct a thorough 54-point quality check to ensure the excellence of your product. Upon dispatch, we promptly send you a GST Invoice and a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp. Stay informed with delivery notifications via email and SMS from our trusted courier partner, Blue Dart & etc.
Important Notes:
- No Open Delivery: Our courier partners adhere to a strict policy of not allowing open delivery.
- Discreet Packaging: Our white plastic packages do not bear Sahivalue branding. If the plastic bag appears tampered, do not accept the package. Instead, document the tampered bag with photos and contact us immediately.
- Weight Discrepancies: Some packages, especially those without the original box and accessories, may be lighter. Please don’t reject such packages based on weight alone.
Unboxing Guidelines:
- Record a clear 3-4 minute video when opening your package.
- Display the outer white plastic bag from all angles before opening.
