Our 10-day warranty covers the following scenarios:
- Screen/LCD Malfunction: If your screen or LCD doesn’t function as intended or designed, we’ve got you covered.
- Display Issues: Any display problems that may occur without any manual interference, particularly dead pixels and touch-related issues, are included in our warranty.
If you encounter any of the above-mentioned issues with the screen we replaced, here’s how you can claim your warranty or refund within 7 days of the service date:
- Capture a Video: Share a video of your phone clearly showing the display issue with us at info@coretechmobile.com.
- Provide Information: Email us your phone number, order number, and IMEI number to the same email address at info@coretechmobile.com.
Our dedicated Customer Service Associate will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours and arrange for a technician visit to replace your screen promptly.
It’s important to note that our warranty and refund policy is limited to the parts and services that were originally paid for. If you only purchased parts, the warranty and refund will apply exclusively to the replacement of those parts. If you opted for both parts and repair services, our warranty extends to cover not only the labor cost for part replacement but also any additional repairs that may result from the initial repair.
Please keep in mind that slot charges are applicable only upon order completion, and refunds are applicable exclusively to service prices.
